My maternal lineage is from Durango, Mexico. I am of mixed indigenous mexican and spanish descent. My paternal lineage is predominantly irish with some german. Although I was born a u.s. citizen I challenge in every way what that means as a daughter of immigrants. on stolen land.

My professional & experiential qualifications:

  • I am a certified Soul Purpose and Spiritual Life Coach by the Dharma Coaching Institute.

  • Training in the Somatic Womb Path with The Way of Yin, Womb School

  • Wilderness First Responder, certified by Wilderness Medical Associates.

  • I spent 2+ years living throughout Mexico and South America from 2018-2023. Throughout my travels I learned many differents skills, practices, and was in relationship with different healing modalities that influence my mentoring.

  • I received training from National Outdoor Leadership School (NOLS), Montana Yellowstone Expeditions and UCSB Adventure Program to lead groups on experiential outdoor experiences, specializing in Backpacking.

  • I worked for 10+ years as a mentor for a wilderness organization leading youth to practice ancestral skills, identify flora and fauna, connect to their inner child and develop a deeper relationship to the land, while also advocating for systemic transformation and radical inclusivity.

  • I offer my services in English and/ or Spanish.

  • I graduated with my Bachelor of Arts in Global Studies with a regional emphasis in Latin America at UC Santa Barbara.

Our EXPRESSION is our soul’s language with the universe. Our ENERGY is sacred, therefor it needs protection and nourishment. Just like the earth, we too feel the vibrations and are impacted by how we are treated, spoken to and regarded. It starts with self honoring and expecting the same from those who we are in relationship with.

RETURN TO YOUR DEEPEST & TRUEST SELF

RETURN, because when we were born, our spirit knew her, his or theirself. Over time, through socializing and programming the dominant structures have made us forget our own sovereign desires. There is a way back, this is one of them!
